Referees Beginners Course
The Football Association of Ireland is organising a Two Day Referee Beginners Course on Saturday 29 September and 6 October 2007 at the ALSAA Sports Centre, Dublin Airport.
This is a new course with an emphasis on practical and interactive participation, and is open to Men and Women over 16 years of age. It will be facilitated by John Scanlon, Senior Referee Observer and will encompass the latest UEFA, FAI and NCTC methodologies.
This is a course for those who intend to actively participate as Referees. Support systems will be in place to help and advise them in their refereeing and Certificates will be presented on completion of a set number of games.
The cost of the course will be €50 and includes all materials and FAI Referee registration fees for season 2007/8.
